Join EasyTech — Outside Sales Representative
EasyTech Infrastructure Group designs and manufactures EasyDig, the patented portable trench shoring system trusted by municipalities and contractors across Canada and the US for curbstop and hydrant repairs. We also recently added TuffBuilt's fall protection and confined space safety equipment.
We're a small, founder-led team — you'll work directly with leadership, not get lost in a big org chart. We're looking for a sales rep who can grow EasyDig and the TuffBuilt line by managing existing relationships and actively winning new accounts — this isn't a maintenance role.
The Role
Your primary focus is EasyDig: managing existing municipal public works and contractor relationships while actively prospecting for new accounts across Canada and the US. Alongside that, you'll sell TuffBuilt fall protection/confined space equipment focusing on oilfield HSE/EHS buyers in Northern Alberta. Both have excellent commission potentials. You'll follow up on inbound leads from our marketing campaigns and trade shows, but you'll also be expected to open doors on your own. Travel for demos and trade shows across North America as needed.
What We're Looking For
Proven B2B outside sales experience — construction, municipal infrastructure, or industrial equipment background preferred
A genuine hunter mentality — comfortable cold-prospecting and opening new accounts, not just managing existing ones
Comfortable cold-calling as well as email/DM outreach — we want someone who uses both, not just one
Comfortable selling to public sector procurement and/or oilfield HSE/EHS buyers
A self-starter who can manage a territory with minimal oversight
Based in the Okanagan or BC Interior preferred; open to remote roles for the right candidate
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across North America
A bonus, not a requirement: comfortable in front of a camera for occasional product demos or social content
